Instructions
on using FTP:
FTP lets you upload and download files that cannot be emailed. For best results use Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher. Downloading
a file:
To download a file, simply browse to the folder where the file is located. Once the file is found right-click the file with your mouse and select "copy to folder…". Browse to the folder on your computer that you wish to save the file to and click OK. Uploading a file: To upload a file, you must have your Windows Explorer folder opened to the file you desire to upload. In the FTP window, browse to the folder you wish to upload the file into. Drag and drop the file from Windows Explorer folder into the folder on the FTP folder you wish to load the file into. |
